1. Does pinkshop deliver to my country?  

Due to transportation restrictions, we can deliver to almost every country in the world except the following. We apologize and will continue to work on this.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

Delivery Time

Order Processing: 2-5 business days.
Express shipping time (Fedex/DHL): 6-8 business days.
Standard shipping time: 7-20 business days.
Incorrect Delivery Information

If you have left an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours .
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after it has been processed and shipped.

Why has your package been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated?
When the product is delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will then be uploaded to the order page.
Due to international shipping, it takes 3-5 days for the parcel to arrive at the international shipping center airport, and the shipping information will not be updated until the parcel arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned. 
 

So please don't worry, just wait for 3-5 days to update the information.
6. What if the package does not arrive?

If you do not receive your package, please contact us. We will either resend you a new package or give you a full refund.
